The BS knockoff that is Bravo’s The Fashion Show (they booted Reco in part 1 of the finale, but let James Paul and his trash bag creations stay…discuss amongst yourselves) just makes me appreciate Project Runway all the more. And I’m so excited that season six will make its much-anticipated debut on Lifetime Television on Thursday, August 20 at 10 PM ET/PT.

Heidi Klum, Tim Gunn, Michael Kors and Nina Garcia will guide sixteen contestants as they showcase their design skills to see who makes the cut for Fashion Week. Filmed in Los Angeles and New York City, this season will feature influential guest judges from the worlds of fashion, music, film and television.

Can’t wait? Me neither. The Project Runway blog is pretty entertaining, and should keep me from twitching until the August premiere.
