This past weekend, I embarked one of my favorite winter activities. I channeled my inner Betty Crocker by baking some delicious oatmeal and walnut chocolate chip cookies with my son, Westley.
I’ve never made cookies with him, so I wasn’t expecting to make such a mess. But to be fair, any activity with a 2-year-old boy is going to get your hands dirty.
Anyway, between the measuring, mixing and sectioning the dough on the baking sheet, we must have washed our hands at least six or seven times. But, afterwards, my hands were no worse for wear – because right before I rewarded my tummy with a tasty treat, I treated my hands to a generous helping of Vaseline Intensive Rescue Lotion.
Vaseline Intensive Rescue Lotion is proven to relieve dry skin after just one application, so it was the first thing I reached for after the cookies went into the oven. It also helps to heal dry skin in three days, so slathering it on regularly has imparted softness that rivals my toddler’s.
Stratys-3, a multi-layer moisturizing complex, infuses and suspends moisture across multiple layers of the skin. Simply put, Vaseline Intensive Rescue instantly boosts moisture levels by 300% and delivers 24 hours of hydration because it doesn’t just sit on top of skin. It sinks in and delivers much-needed moisture to the top, the core and deep down…without leaving a greasy residue.
Vaseline Intensive Rescue comes in three variants:
- Vaseline® Intensive Rescue® Repairing Moisture Lotion deeply heals skin and is fragrance free
- Vaseline® Intensive Rescue® Soothing Moisture Lotion calms and relieves itchy dry skin, and features a light chamomile fragrance
- Vaseline® Intensive Rescue® Healing Hand Cream accelerates the healing of dry, rough hands and is fragrance free
