As many of you know, I am proud mama to Westley and Arwen. And as you can imagine, I enjoy spoiling them pretty and dressing them up. Westley thinks he’s grown (he’s 5 going on 15), so he’ll wear what I pick out but styles his outfit it in a way that shows his unique personality. Arwen, my baby, is only 20 months old but is a fashionista-in-training. She gravitates to items with unique and funky details, loves sparkle and bling, and enjoys getting dolled up even when we’re just hanging around the house.
She even likes shopping online (I’m pretty sure it’s genetic). When I’m shopping on my phone or iPad, she’ll lean over and point to the things I should add to my virtual cart—or shake her head when she’s less than impressed.
That’s her pictured above—modeling a Beau Loves romper that she picked out herself from Sailor Janes, an online kids fashion boutique with really cute and trendy pieces. She loves the fringe and twirling in front of the mirror watching it sway.
My favorite thing about Sailor Janes is that they sell kids clothes that are fashion-forward and special. In fact, there are a few pieces that are so cute that I wish they had adult sizes. Seriously, I would totally rock this Wolf & Rita dress and blouse.

Meet Keysmart 2.0, the perfect streamlined solution for bulky, jingle-jangly key rings. I first saw it on sale at Zulily.com last year, but waited too late and missed out. I remembered it last month, when it came time to buy my dad a birthday present. And naturally, I picked one up for myself too.
Watch this video to see the genius of Keysmart.
I bought my dad the Keysmart extended in red. I got the same in pink, of course. I love how sleek it is, how it doesn’t make any noise, and how it still accommodates my car key – thanks to the loop piece. It’s perfect for men who typically carry their keys in their pockets. And it’s great for women because it takes up less real estate in our purses. Keysmart even comfortably fits into a small clutch or wristlet. (more…)
I’m on a bit of an Etsy bender, y’all. Every time I open my Etsy app or visit the website, I discover something that I can’t live without. My latest find is The Providence Story, an Etsy shop that makes the most gorgeous tassels – among other things.
While perusing Etsy, I discovered the Emily McDowell Studio, which makes the BEST greeting cards – even for people who don’t really like giving/receiving cards. They are absolutely hilarious!
Here a few of their love-themed cards that would be perfect to send your special someone (who shares your sick sense of humor) for Valentine’s Day. But hurry – for guaranteed delivery in the US, you need to place your order by February 4.
