Meet Keysmart 2.0, the perfect streamlined solution for bulky, jingle-jangly key rings. I first saw it on sale at last year, but waited too late and missed out. I remembered it last month, when it came time to buy my dad a birthday present. And naturally, I picked one up for myself too.

Watch this video to see the genius of Keysmart.

I bought my dad the Keysmart extended in red. I got the same in pink, of course. I love how sleek it is, how it doesn’t make any noise, and how it still accommodates my car key – thanks to the loop piece. It’s perfect for men who typically carry their keys in their pockets. And it’s great for women because it takes up less real estate in our purses. Keysmart even comfortably fits into a small clutch or wristlet.

Keysmart has a bunch of other cool accessories, like a bottle opener and a USB. The one I got, though, is the colored ‘airkeys’ – high strength, scratch-proof and ultra-lightweight key blanks. Simply take them to your local hardware store to have them cut. Besides helping to quickly distinguish keys from each other, it really allows you to personalize the look of your Keysmart.

The regular KeySmart starts at $19.98 and the KeySmart Extended starts at $20.98. The expansion pack, which allows your KeySmart to hold more keys and accessories, starts at $1.48.

I think my next KeySmart purchase will be this KeyCatch (above), an ingenious key storage solution. Simply replace the bottom screw of any light switch with the KeyCatch, and you now have a functioning key rack. Huzzah!
