As usual, I waited until the absolute last minute to paint my nails, in preparation for my 10! Show appearance. I feared I might have to fall asleep with my hands carefully resting on my chest (as not to awaken with a sheet-marked manicure). But my beloved Seche Vite came through in the clutch and dried my two coats of MAC Hello Kitty Nail Lacquer in On The Prowl before my klutsy self had a chance to mess it all up.

I’m a lipgloss junkie. So what’s the my favorite kind of lipstick? One that wears like a gloss, natch…which is why my lipstick du jour is Estee Lauder’s Pure Color Gloss Stick. The sheer color practically melts onto lips, and the formula is surprisingly hydrating.
Pure Color Gloss Sticks are a perfect product for color-shy gals, because the sheer shades are oh so flattering. But while I’m usually a staunch advocate for a pop of color on the pout, I must admit that I can’t get enough of Pure Color Gloss Stick in Nude Almond; it’s as if Estee Lauder made this shade just for me. Thanks, EL…I can cross “find the perfect nude lipstick for spring” off my to-do list.

I am nervous as all get out. Tomorrow, I’ll be appearing on the 10! Show, the NBC morning show in Philadelphia. Can you even believe?
My topic is money-saving tips and bargain beauty picks. When it comes to beauty, I can make a dollar holla…so I am very excited to share my secrets with viewers. Don’y worry…I’ll post tomorrow night and share with you too.
But if you’re in the Philadelphia area, show your resident beauty blogger some love and tune into NBC 10 at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, March 18th.
