Spoiled Pretty is Makeup.com’s Blog of the Week! Check out the rave review…
A judge may have sentenced Lindsay Lohan to 90 days in jail followed by a 90 day stint in rehab, but it was the wild child – or rather her manicure – that had the last word(s).
What do you think of LiLo giving the judge the middle finger, on the down low? Should the court hold Lindsay, and her profane polish, in contempt? Or should they just be thankful her crazy ass actually showed up this time?
Well, it just figures. Now that I’m just about ready to pop, Forever 21 launches Love 21 Maternity. The small collection includes tanks, tunics, leggings, jeans and handbags – all for under $20. I’m tempted to add a few pieces to my mama-to-be wardrobe…but at this stage of the game, I fear I might go into labor before my order shows up on my doorstep.
Right now, Love 21 Maternity is only available at select Forever 21 stores in Alaska, California, Texas and Utah (kinda random, right?) and online at forever21.com/love21maternity.
Définicils Precious Cells Mascara is $29 and, as I mentioned before, is now exclusively available at Nordstrom. In August, you can find it at Lancôme counters nationwide and on lancome-usa.com.
But this week, you can score a tube for FREE! Yup…that’s right. Lancôme is sending me a sample to try (I wonder how it compares to my favorite lash lengthener of all time, Lancôme Hypnose Drama) and another mascara to give away!!!
Enter to win by leaving a message in the comments section. Make sure to leave your email or another way for me to get in touch, just in case you’re the lucky pretty woman!
Contest is open to U.S. and Canadian residents. The giveaway ends at noon (EST) on Friday, July 9, 2010. Good luck!
Even if you didn’t win, don’t get discouraged. Just visit avon.com and snag your own…they’re worth it! I really LOVE these glosses (my new fave shade is Rave) and they are super affordable at just $6 each. That’s cheaper than most drugstore glosses, right?
Many thanks to Avon for introducing me to Glazewear and for sponsoring this giveaway. Stay tuned for Spoiled Pretty’s next contest.
So if you’re in a HomeGoods, TJ Maxx or Marshalls anytime soon, look for a round box of soaps that looks like the one pictured above. Though it’s difficult to accurately describe the scent (I’ve never been great at that), I would say that it has a subtle, floral/powdery, feminine fragrance. Go get you some. You’ll thank me later.
Today, Kim Kardashian finally revealed the mystery behind this photo she posted on her blog a few weeks ago… (more…)
It imparts the most gorgeous, coral-pink glow that looks ab fab on a multitude of complexions. What I love most about CORALista is how effortless it looks; it applies like a dream and the blush actually looks like it’s coming from within. Another reason to put CORALista on your shopping list? Coral happens to be the it blush shade right now (ladies, if don’t know…you betta ask somebody ).
Oh, and did I mention that the blush – besides looking fantastic – smells fantastic too? It has this light floral scent that, while completely unnecessary, is totally genius. CORALista comes with an applicator brush, but for best results, I like to apply with my ecoTools blush brush.
COLOR: Adir teamed up with Clairol Celebrity Stylist, Marie Robinson, to dye Kristen’s hair strawberry blonde. Abergel encouraged Stewart to return to her natural roots, and pulled images from the 1950′s for inspiration.
GET THE LOOK: To achieve Stewart’s strawberry blonde color, Abergel suggests using the Fekkai Salon Color 6R Copper-Lucy.
